Tired of food.

I am sooo tired of eating. It’s just a vehicle of nourishment.

I am bored with food. I am exhausted from labels, from things that are “bad” for you.

I am so tired of these crazy ass standards that only the rich can accomplish.

So, over the last few days, I have been trying to get creative with dinners.

We have been on a more asian kick lately, just something to mix it up from the usual boring stuff; protein with the same seasonings, a side of veggies and a fruit.

I steamed the veggies, cooked the noods and created made-to-order noodle bowls for the boys.

This way we could avoid whining about not wanting onions or mushrooms in the toddler’s food and we could all be happy with the ratios.

I will say, that the coconut aminos were a little too salty, so next time I’ll be using less and more broth. hahaha.

These are the items that I love using for these easy dinner nights.

This wok is so versatile, it’s stainless, so you don’t have to worry about teflon in your food. You just have to make sure you season it good from the start.

The party platter is the perfect way to keep things separate for those picky little people, and not have to wash 10 bowls for all the different ingredients!
